Students get a head start on careers

More than 50 exhibitors from the world of work and education will be showcasing a wide range of opportunities at our annual Careers and Higher Education Fair

STUDENTS are invited to get a head start on planning their futures when more than 50 exhibitors, including law and engineering firms, public relations and design companies, biodiversity and life sciences organisations, banks, the NHS and top universities, including Durham, York and Leeds, come to RGS.

There will be more than 100 professionals for students to speak to about everything from life at university to part-time work, volunteering and apprenticeship opportunities.

At least seven former students - including from the Bank of England, WSP engineering consultancy, the NHS, business advisory firm RSM, Peachy Digital marketing and cyber security specialists Brigantia - will be taking part.

*The event is on March 23, from 6.30pm-8.30pm. No need to book, students of all ages and parents welcome. Thank you to our 40 sixth form helpers.
