Award for sixth form volunteers

Congratulations to our wonderful sixth form volunteers, presented with a prestigious award for their community work at the St Wilfrid's Stars ceremony in Ripon Cathedral by Ripon Mayor, councillor Sid Hawke. 

Will, Isla and Molly accepted the award on behalf of their whole year group, who volunteer in the local community as part of their Plus One sixth form enrichment programme.

A huge well done also to Will, Theo and Joshua, who performed solos, from Debussy to Stanford, at the event, which included organ scholar Joshua's inaugural performance. "They all played and sang superbly," said director of music Mr Barker.
